French Language is one of the world’s major international languages, it is spoken by over 200 million people in 43 countries, on five continents. Knowledge of French may increase access to careers in international relations, development studies, business, science and the arts.

The Bachelor’s Degree in French Language and Culture offers a complete and cross-curricular view of the French-speaking world, which combines and integrates the study of the French language and culture with that of French literature,

 emphasis will be laid on spoken French, structure, grammar and writing skills as well as studying literature and poems of France to gain more knowledge and grasp complex language phonetics and linguistic approaches.

As a graduate, you will have acquired a solid training in French language, literature and culture, which will make it easier to enter the labor market in any of the professions related to languages and plurilingualism in any in the world.

  • Interpret a range of different genres relevant in French and Francophone social and cultural contexts.
