1. Intellectual Property & Ownership

SIU CertiVault is the exclusive property of the developer, AMIRU. All rights, including source code, database architecture, generation logic, and visual interface components, are protected under international copyright and intellectual property treaties.

2. Exclusive License Agreement

This application is deployed under a strictly exclusive license specifically for Smart Island University (SIU). This license grants SIU the right to use the system for generating and verifying student academic serials. It does not grant rights for redistribution or modification of the core architecture.

ANTI-CLONING NOTICE: Any attempt to copy, clone, decompile, or mirror this application on external servers without the express written permission of AMIRU is illegal. Unauthorized reproduction of this proprietary software will be met with immediate legal action and termination of all service agreements.

3. Terms of Use

Access Control: Only authorized administrative personnel of SIU may access the generation engine.
Data Integrity: Serial numbers generated by SIU CertiVault are cryptographically unique. Any manual tampering with the serial logs is a violation of university policy.
Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the environment in which this tool is operated.

4. Liability Limitation

The developer (AMIRU) provides SIU CertiVault as a specialized academic tool. While we ensure maximum uptime and logic accuracy, the developer is not liable for administrative errors in student data entry or misuse of generated serials by third parties.
